We keep it really simple when it comes to our postage. We only deliver by Royal Mail tracked 48 as this is the greenest option available. It takes a little longer as the carrier is not making special trips to facilitate express shipping. But, due to the volume of parcels carried by Royal Mail, there are more deliveries already in your area, cutting down one-off trips. If you live near our HQ (Chelmsford, Essex and surrounding areas), you will be able to select free local delivery and we will pop your delivery round while we are out and about.

We do not ship outside of the U.K. to reduce the impact of air miles on the environment.

We use a standard £3.95 packing and delivery charge, and orders over £65 are delivered free of charge. Gift Vouchers are the exception to the rule, with a cheaper Tracked 48 option, or even cheaper standard 2nd class post. Make sure you choose the correct option if you are only ordering vouchers.

In most cases we lose a little on the post and eco-packaging, but we want to help make sustainable living accessible for everyone.

At present we are not able to offer free returns unless something is faulty, as we are still a small business. If you do encounter a problem, drop us a note and we will try to sort out an agreeable solution.

Packaging

Absolutely everything we use is recyclable, recycled or compostable from our delivery bags (made from sugar cane), to our gift boxes. Any vendor packaging must conform to the same high standards, with zero single use plastics. Everything can be used again, or go back to nature.
