WHY WE CHOSE IT
SETT was founded by a surfer with a passion for protecting our skin from the sun without harsh chemicals which can harm precious ocean life. He wanted to pass SETT onto someone with an equal passion for the ocean and protecting skin as naturally as possible. The new owner, Jane,  is based in Mere, U.K. and took over in  May 2020. Since then, she has expanded the range but always with the goal of using no chemicals which can harm coral reefs and aquatic life. These chemicals also irritate our skin. SETT sunscreens are 100% mineral, but rub into the skin clear without leaving white layers and streaks. They use non nano particles which are considered reef safe. Vegan friendly.
